This dual phase project consisted of four 2-story mixed-use buildings totaling 24,486sf. Constructed with wood framing, stucco exterior and tile roofs; these buildings house 28 apartments and 10 commercial office spaces. Site work included grading, asphalt paving, utilities, retaining walls, perimeter fencing and landscaping.
