Staples is constructing this 141,000sf commercial office complex, comprised of two-story concrete tilt-up buildings with high performance glass and architectural sheet metal details, over an additional 66,000sf of subterranean garage. Site work has included extensive grading of 7 acres, three geo-grid retaining walls and new utilities.
