Staples completed this high-end 141,000sf commercial office complex comprised of two-story concrete tilt-up buildings with high performance glass and architectural sheet metal details over an additional 66,000sf of subterranean garage. Site work included extensive grading of 7 acres, three geo-grid retaining walls and new utilities.
