Staples constructed this three-story concrete tilt-up building, utilizing high performance glass and architectural sheet metal. Features include 75,000sf of warm shell office space with a lobby area, restrooms, stairways and 37,500sf of garage area. Site work included mass grading, utilities and a mechanical yard.
